Dr Chandra Mohan Shivanath also known as “Adith” from Bengaluru, India traveled alone to Nepal for the Everest Base Camp trek. He kept in regular contact with friends and family while posting on WhatsApp.
Adith, was wearing a white color t-shirt, and a cement color jacket, with a beany and black pants. Adith was planning to hike up to Everest base camp on 22nd May, but since 21st he is not in contact with any of his family members nor friends until now.
It is known he reached Namche Bazar on May 20th 2022 staying at Hotel Tibet, Namche Bazar. This was the last day of contact for him.
The Nepali authories have been alerted and currently there is search for him in Dingboche. A trace on his mobile shows a last contact in Tengboche Forest Area, and with the help of locals, police tried searching the entire place but no trace of Adith.
